Club Policies

• Full refunds available up to 30 days from the program start date.
• No refunds after the 30-day deadline.
• All approved refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@rushbasketball.ca.

If an injury or medical issue prevents participation in more than 50% of the program, a Doctor’s note is required for a pro-rated refund.

We maintain a safe, positive environment for all participants. Behaviour that violates the Ontario Basketball (OBA) Code of Conduct may result in removal from the facility and/or suspension from programs.

RUSH follows the OBA Concussion Policy and Ontario’s Rowan’s Law. Each year, participants (or parents/guardians) must review required materials.
