Rookie Ball

Rookie Ball is our high-energy intro program for Grades 1–3. Kids build the basketball ABCs—agility, balance, coordination, and teamwork—through fun, game-based sessions. No experience required. Based in Midtown Toronto at De La Salle College School.

Players are grouped by age and ability to keep things fun and appropriately challenging. The first class includes light assessments to help coaches place athletes.
