Meet the Team

Ben Okazawa is a passionate and dedicated leader with a strong reputation for developing young athletes both on and off the court. An NCCP certified coach, Ben has been deeply involved in basketball development since 2015.

He began his coaching journey with the Caledon Cougars Basketball Association, working within their mini-ball and camp programs, and has since coached across all stages of player development. Over the past decade, Ben has coached House League programs with the Etobicoke Basketball Association, as well as high-performance rep teams with both EBA and North Stars United.

At the core of Ben's coaching philosophy is a simple belief: when young athletes love the game, everything else follows. He is deeply committed to creating positive, engaging environments where players build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and form lifelong habits through sport.
