Be An Athlete Clinic

A focused hour of dribbling, footwork, and general skill development for players ages 8-13 ready to move better and handle the ball with confidence.

Program Overview

Our 'Be An Athlete' Clinic is a focused skills session for players ages 8-13 built around dribbling, passing, footwork, game IQ, and general athletic development. Rather than splitting time across scrimmages and drills, this clinic gives players a full hour to work on the movement patterns and ball-handling habits that make everything else on the court easier. Coaches break down footwork fundamentals like stance, first steps, and change of direction, then layer in dribbling work at game speed, including two-ball drills, combo moves, and pressure handling, in a small, focused environment designed to build confidence and control, one session per week on Sundays.

Sessions run out of De La Salle College near St. Clair Ave & Avenue Road, conveniently serving families in Midtown Toronto, Forest Hill, North Toronto, Leaside, Rosedale, and the Annex. The foundation built here carries directly into Spark League and, down the line, competitive Rep Teams, and pairs well with our Shooting Clinics for players who want to add even more focused reps.
