About the Program

What to Expect

Rush Basketball runs a full competitive program from U10 to U13, featuring 3x practices per week and games through The Coalition League and CAN/USA tournaments. Depending on the age, we offer an A team and a B team so players train and compete against others at a similar stage of development. Both teams in each age group get a full season, regular practices, a complete Coalition League schedule, and tournaments, with the only difference being the division each team is placed in based on its relative level of competition.

Boys Program: U10 to U12

Three age groups, each fielding an A team and a B team: U10 (Grade 2 or 3, born 2017), U11 (Grade 3 or 4, born 2016), and U12 (Grade 5, born 2015). Division placement for each team is set based on the team's relative ability level, so players are always competing against appropriately matched opposition.

Girls Program: U11 and U13

Two age groups on the girls side: U11 (Grade 3 or 4, born 2016 or 2017) and U13 (Grade 5 or 6, born 2014 or 2015). Both girls teams follow the same full-season structure as the boys program, with a complete Coalition League schedule in the girls division and a tournament calendar built into the season.

What is the refund policy?
Rep fees are non-refundable due to limited roster spots and upfront costs. Exception: if injury or illness prevents participation in more than 50% of the season and the roster spot can be filled, a pro-rated refund may be issued with a doctor's note.
What is the difference between an A team and a B team?
Each boys age group fields an A team and a B team. Both play a full Coalition League and tournament schedule, with each team placed in the division appropriate to its level of competition.
How are teams selected?
Teams are placed based on skill, commitment, and family philosophy. The process runs through an Interest Form, Open Evaluation sessions, and Team Tryouts. Reach out to our Club Director to discuss your child's fit and next steps.
Where are games played?
At various venues around the GTA through The Coalition League. Full schedule and venue details at coalitionbasketball.com.
What is the difference between Rep and Spark League?
