Shooting Clinics

High-rep, mechanics-first shooting work for Spark League, Prep For Rep, and Rep Team players looking to improve their shooting mechanics and accuracy. Open to players ages 10-14.

Program Overview

Shooting Clinics are built for players already competing in Spark League, Prep For Rep, or Rep Teams who want to turn shooting into a strength instead of a weakness. This is a focused, single-skill session, not a general practice, so every minute goes toward form, footwork, and repetition.

Coaches break shooting down to its fundamentals: hand placement, base, release, and follow-through, then rebuild it into game-speed reps: catch-and-shoot, off the dribble, and shooting off movement and screens. Players leave with cleaner mechanics and the reps needed to make those mechanics hold up when a game is on the line. One session per week, Sundays at De La Salle College.

Why Players Choose Shooting Clinics
  • Built for Competitive Players: designed specifically for athletes already in Spark League, Prep For Rep, or Rep Teams who want an edge, not an introduction.
  • One Focused Skill: a full hour dedicated to shooting, so mechanics get the reps they don't always get in a full practice.
  • Premier Facility: sessions run at De La Salle College's John Hunt Centre, featuring two NBA-style courts, adjustable nets, and a parent viewing area.
  • Mechanics to Game Speed: coaches rebuild shooting form from the ground up, then apply it through catch-and-shoot, off-the-dribble, and movement-based reps.
  • Certified, Experienced Coaches: every session is led by coaches who understand shooting mechanics and how to coach them at speed.
  • Complements Your Program: stacks alongside Spark League, Prep For Rep, or Rep Team commitments without replacing them.
