Program Overview
Rookie Ball is the perfect introduction to game play for young athletes ages 5-7 to learn the fundamentals and be ready to put their skills into action. Combining structured coaching with small-sided games, players continue to build confidence, improve decision-making, and develop an understanding of spacing, teamwork, and game concepts in a fun, supportive environment.
Sessions run out of De La Salle College near St. Clair Ave & Avenue Road, conveniently serving families in Midtown Toronto, Forest Hill, North Toronto, Leaside, Rosedale, and the Annex. With professional coaches leading every session, Rookie Ball helps players transition from learning the game to truly playing it, creating a strong foundation for future success in Spark League, Prep for Rep, and Rep Teams.
